What attracts you to Kimberly-Clark?
I was drawn to Kimberly-Clark because of its size, its global reach and also because it is well known, with so many popular brands. Additionally, our GBS Center in Kraków touches so many parts of the business. It’s great!
What were you doing before joining Kimberly-Clark?
I was working in different jobs at a global tech company and a worldwide shipping business. However, up until joining this organisation I had never found this special feeling when you enter the office and are glad to be part of an inspiring environment. That’s how I feel about working at Kimberly-Clark.
Describe working at Kimberly-Clark Kraków in three words.
Dynamic, family-like, passionate.
What is your favourite part of the job?
If you have ever heard the slogan “you can change the world” at work, that’s when you know you are in the right place. I love the fact that there are so many opportunities where you can use your skills and talent.
During your time at Kimberly-Clark, how would describe the culture?
In Germany they say “Multikulti” which means that the surrounding environment is rich in different cultures, habits and perspectives. This atmosphere at Kimberly-Clark is perfect for new ideas, as everyone can just be themselves. Everyone is also really willing and committed to helping one another, whether it be by answering simple questions or providing training or access to resources.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned since working at Kimberly-Clark?
Never give up and be patient! From my first days at Kimberly-Clark until now, I really like the fact that you can constantly discover and learn new things. No two days are exactly the same.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining Kimberly-Clark Kraków?
You will not regret it. Bring in your curiosity and happiness and we will deliver the rest!
