It is a world-renowned American company with great standards, that really
cares about its employees and sustainability.

Describe working at Kimberly-Clark Kraków in three words.
Dynamic, friendly and accommodating.

What is your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part is showing I appreciate my team’s efforts and hard work
by recognizing their achievements. Each quarter we have a team town hall
and we have the opportunity to recognise a person who worked very hard
or exceeded expectations.

What do you love most about your team?
Their honesty. I love the fact that we can speak openly about different
topics and challenges. Also, our diversity. We come from different countries
and we fully respect each other. We work as one team; we help each other
when needed and we can count on each other.

What is it like to work remotely as a team during the pandemic?
Challenging – for many different reasons it would be much easier if we
worked from the office. On the other hand, it is manageable. 2020 proved
that we can work remotely and still achieve our goals and perform well.

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned since
working at Kimberly-Clark?
I started working at Kimberly-Clark in a different position and later I
applied for the team leader’s position. Thanks to the support offered by
Kimberly-Clark I was allowed to lead a team and prove myself as a new manager.
This helped me realize that hard work is appreciated in Kimberly-Clark and if you
show your potential, you will get the opportunity to develop further in your
professional career.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about
joining Kimberly-Clark Kraków?
I would say, go for it!! Joining Kimberly-Clark has been one of the best decisions that I
have made. In this job, I feel appreciated and I feel that what I do matters.
